The «Angestellten Schweiz» are the center of service and competence for all employees.
As the umbrella organisation of over 70 salaried staff associations in companies in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industry we count about 23,000 members. This makes us the strongest association in these industries.
More than 50% of the organized employees in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry and the chemical and pharmaceutical industry are members of the "Angestellte Schweiz". In the industries with representation employees benefit from collective bargaining agreements. "Angestellte Schweiz" is also social partner in the collective employment agreement for temporary staffing.
